Welcome to the EventWell Learning Academy. By creating an account and accessing our learning platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EventWell Learning Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You agree to:
- Keep your login details confidential.
- Not share your account with another person or organisation.
- Notify EventWell immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Each licence is issued to one named individual unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Course Access
Your purchase provides access only to the course(s) you have enrolled on.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Access is for the period specified at the time of purchase.
- Course content may be updated from time to time.
- We reserve the right to improve, amend or withdraw content where necessary.
4. Intellectual Property
All learning materials, videos, documents, graphics, assessments, downloads and resources remain the intellectual property of EventWell Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce course content.
- Share downloadable resources outside your organisation unless expressly permitted.
- Record, distribute or upload videos or learning materials.
- Sell or republish any EventWell content.
Course materials are provided for your own learning and professional development only.
5. Appropriate Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
EventWell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is identified.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued only where all required learning activities and assessments have been successfully completed.
EventWell reserves the right to withhold certification where course requirements have not been met.
7. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
10. Disclaimer
Our courses are designed for educational and professional development purposes.
They do not replace clinical, medical, legal or emergency advice.
If you or another person requires urgent medical or mental health support, please contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventWell Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform or its learning materials.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The latest version will always be available within the Learning Academy.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
